This workshop is designed for students with little or no theatre experience, and promotes enjoyment of and appreciation for all aspects of theatre. The foundational lessons they learn about drama will help students to develop the actor's craft. Students will practice creating an ensemble, movement & space, focus & concentration, utilizing voice, listening & reacting, stage direction & blocking, monologues, scene work, improv work, and more. They will begin to fine-tune their skills by using creativity, imagination, voice, teamwork, listening, and trust. By using physical, emotional & creative exercises, students will learn to create characters under imaginary circumstances. Taught by Debi Morgan. **Please note: Debi will be out of town on 11/11, but will lead a rehearsal for the Showcase at class time on Thursday, December 12.
